Steps for Company Registration in Jaipur

DSC & DPIN Application
The partners must first apply for Digital signatures and Directors PIN numbers. Digital signature is a digital signature that can be used to file documents online. DPIN is the Directors PIN issued by MCA. This step can be skipped if the directors have already obtained DSC and DPIN.
Name approval
MCA will select one of three options you provide for the name of your company. The names provided should be unique and indicative of the company’s business.
Submission of MOA & AOA
After the name has been approved, you will need to draft the Memorandum and Articles of Association. The subscription statement is filed along with both the MOA and AOA with the MCA.
Get incorporation certificate
Typically, it takes between 15 and 25 days to incorporate a private limited company. The certificate of incorporation is proof that the company was created. This includes your CIN
Apply for PAN and TAN
You will need to request a PAN and TAN. PAN and TAN will be received within 7 working days. After this, you may submit your Incorporation Certificate, MOA and AOA with the bank in order to open a bank account.

Does it require 2 directors to register a private limited company?
You need at least two directors to form a private limited corporation. Maximum members are 200. You can register your One Person Company if you are the only owner.
Who is eligible to be a member of a Private Limited Company?
Any individual/organization can become the member of the private limited company including foreigners/NRI. The individual must be 18 years old or older and have a valid PAN.
Do I need to be physically present for the incorporation of a private limited company?
You don’t need to visit our office or another office in order to incorporate. You must send a scanned copy of the documents via mail. The MCA sends the certificate of incorporation to their business address via courier.
